Bears Take Step Forward In Move To Indiana — A State Where Chicago Famously Is Not

The team’s Board of Directors has voted to “advance our stadium development project in Hammond, Indiana, with the exact site to be selected,” the team wrote on social media.

They supposedly would keep the Chicago Bears name. Hammond Bears? No. Arlington Heights Bears? No to that, too.

"New York" teams actually play in New Jersey. Now a "Chicago" team will be playing in Indiana.

Both Los Angeles NFL teams play in Inglewood; the San Francisco 49ers play in Santa Clara; the Las Vegas Raiders play in Paradise, Nevada; the Washington Commanders play in Landover, Maryland.

I don't know about moving to Indiana, but they're definitely getting a Hallmark Christmas movie.
