Definitely seen every episode
Hostages
Once Upon a Time- Even the awful season 7 I stuck with, was getting close to dropping if it had been renewed for season 8.
Once Upon a Time in Wonderland
The Middle
The American Bible Challenge
The Chase ABC version
Fish
Corner Gas Animated
Wild at Heart
Speechless
Malibu Country
Reba
Happy's Place- still current between seasons
NCIS: Origins- still current between seasons
Life is Wild
Life Unexpected
Privileged
the mediocre recent Night Court
Extended Family and Call Your Mother- lousy shows yet I stuck with them
even worse than the last three, the beyond awful Murphy Brown revival
Under the Dome
Zoo
Timeless
Good Cop/Bad Cop
Wild Cards- everything that has aired on the CW so far
Law & Order: Trial by Jury
Chicago Justice
Frequency
Genius Junior
Genius: Einstein
The Thing About Pam
The Lone Gunmen
White Collar
The Rainmaker- still current between seasons
Lincoln Heights
Switched at Birth
Fawlty Towers
The Kids Are Alright
The Cube (US)
Shifting Gears- still current between seasons
Mad About You revival- not as good as the original but easily better than Murphy Brown, Frasier, and Night Court revivals/continuations
the Leslie Jones version of Supermarket Sweep- came close to dropping a few times because of the awful host but narrowly kept because of gameplay
Generation Gap
500 Questions
Grand Slam- the GSN tournament of game show champions
The Million Second Quiz
Million Dollar Password
Jeopardy Masters
Scorpion
World's Funniest Animals
All Creatures Great and Small- still current between seasons on US airings
Around the World in 80 Days- the one that was paired with All Creatures
Atlantis
United States of Al
B Positive
Granite Flats
High Potential- still current between seasons
Trivial Pursuit (LeVar Burton)- still current in season
Rags to Riches
East New York
Galavant
For the People (2018)
College Bowl (Peyton Manning)
Almost Paradise
Back to You
Beyond
Wayward Pines
Carol's Second Act
Kevin (Probably) Saves the World
BrainDead
Awake
Broke
Ruby and the Rockits
Good Sam
Ties That Bind
Growing Up Fisher
Wisdom of the Crowd
The Code (2019)
Working Class
Alaska Daily
The Spencer Sisters
Dispatches from Elsewhere
Rebel (2021)
Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector
Gracepoint
Abby's
not including very short-run shows that never made it to double digit episode count (with one exception for a very special show)

Probably seen every episode
Early Edition
7th Heaven
the original Frasier
Coach
M*A*S*H
I Dream of Jeannie
The Partridge Family
Mr. Belvedere
The Chase GSN version
Mental Samurai
Family Ties
The Patty Duke Show
Gidget
maybe Happy Days if they all aired in syndication
Corner Gas (live action)
20Q GSN original
The Money List GSN original
Blue Bloods- if not every episode most. First run I had dropped most of seasons 2 and 3 but have since seen in syndication.
the original and good Night Court
Barney Miller
The Neighborhood
Home Improvement
The Andy Griffith Show
I Love Lucy- the half hour part, several I haven't seen when it expanded to The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour
Green Acres- actually my least favorite of the Paul Henning trio but used to air constantly
Gilmore Girls- definitely the Netflix part, probably the network run
Newhart
WKRP in Cincinnati
The Waltons
Touched by an Angel?
Bewitched- later skipped more Dick Sargent episodes but might have seen them all at one point
George Lopez- his ABC sitcom
Hope & Faith
8 Simple Rules for Dating my Teenage Daughter
Without a Trace
Head of the Class (1986)- Billy Connolly season is awful, but I might have seen them all once.
Welcome Back, Kotter
Diagnosis Murder
possibly Less Than Perfect
Dragnet '67
Cash Cab?
Rizzoli and Isles
The Munsters
The Addams Family
My Two Dads
The Rockford Files- the one and only real Rockford with James Garner

Oh so close
While Seinfeld is one of only four shows I have seen over a thousand episodes (others are og Frasier, M*A*S*H, and Home Improvement), "The Mango" is one episode I can't get through and have always turned off. Just the mango part of it I would like to see but not the other raunchy one.
Wings I have seen almost every episode. But I refuse to watch the one where the brothers are invited to see a classmate's last stripping performance.
There is one episode of Castle I definitely turned off from earlier on, may or may not have plodded through all of the awful last two seasons.
I have seen almost every episode of Young Sheldon, except a Halloween one that was rated a lot stronger than usual. Its spin-off Georgie & Mandy I have seen all of except what I am behind on from last night (same thing with the current Scrabble).
I recently saw every episode of Greed that was available online, unfortunately there were 4-5 episodes not available.
I saw almost every episode of Make It or Break It when it was available on Streampix around a decade ago. Unlike Lincoln Heights which was all there, three episodes from Make It or Break It season 1 were not available.
I saw a lot of Bachelor Father on Antenna TV, but there were several episodes they did not have access to.
I have seen almost every episode of the (Canadian) Heartland, there are probably a few I missed.
I have seen many of the original Murphy Brown in syndication and when it was available on demand from Encore Classic. Unlike the original Night Court though, there were several episodes Encore did not have.

There's probably many more from the 1950s-70s that I've seen all of, but these are the only ones I could swear I saw every last one:

The Honeymooners
The Dick Van Dyke Show
The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis
Gilligan's Island
Get Smart
The Bob Newhart Show
The Odd Couple
Barney Miller
Seinfeld

Not counting UK-type shows that have 18 or so episodes.

Too many to name, starting with The Simpsons at over 800.

Is there a minimum number episode requirement, or do things like me having seen all 6 episodes of Police Squad count?
