What that video should've had, was the scene where Amy gets pissed at Sheldon for trying to seduce her with the Flamenco dance routine, and then storms out of the apartment door only to reveal that she's secretly hot and bothered over him.
Another thing that wasn't covered (and we really shouldn't expect it), was Sheldon and Missy being forced to learn to Waltz, and later being forced to dance with each other in the "Teenage Hoe-Down for Jesus," dance when they were 14. The final season of "Young Sheldon" could've had a story about that incident, but didn't. My take on this is that it was never really meant to be "semi-incestuous" as Sheldon described in "The Agreement Dissection." I think Mary Cooper forced Sheldon and Missy to learn to dance, but only to waltz, because she considered everything else to be a sin. Once the date of the dance finally arrived, Mary hoped to pair the two of them off, but nobody wanted to dance with Missy except for Billy Sparks, and she wanted nothing to do with him. Sheldon, wasn't interested in anybody, of course. Realizing she had no hope of getting anybody else with her twin kids, she decided to pair the two of them together. Both siblings were creeped out by this, and so was everybody else. It also would've been fun to see Mayim Bialik as Sheldon's dance instructor.
