AMC Announces New Companion Show for "The Vampire Lestat"

AMC on Tuesday announced a companion show for "The Vampire Lestat", which will launch ahead of the season's June 7 premiere.

"The Vampire Lestat: After Dark" debuts on Sunday, May 24, on AMC+, with new episodes arriving weekly starting on June 7. The episodes will also be available the next day on podcast platforms.




Hosted by Lizzie Bassett, the aftershow will take viewers behind the scenes of each episode and feature interviews with stars Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, and Delainey Hayles, as well as executive producer Mark Johnson and executive producer and showrunner Rolin Jones.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this must-watch companion show for The Vampire Lestat, a series that has truly captivated a loyal and passionate fan base,” Ben Davis, EVP of scripted programming for AMC Global Media, said in a statement.

“After Dark is designed to enrich the viewing experience, with a deep dive into the lore of the show and behind-the-scenes insights from the cast and producers that pull back the curtain on the stories, characters and moments that define this upcoming season.”
