I have read on other boards comments from people that get MeTV and MeTV Toons that there are certain shows that appear on the station that are edited to allow for more commercials to be shown and the video quality isn't the greatest either. This week, I was on the Internet Archive and I saw a playlist which featured the complete series of "The Huckleberry Hound Show", and I do mean complete, with the original openings, closings, commercials, and bumper sequences for each episode. The only oddity I noticed was that there were some commercials that appeared in black and white that were shown after one that was in color. That didn't bother me too much. I just figured that it was a little weird like the characters. Take a look and see for yourself. I think you will enjoy it too.

A lot of the original commercials, and the closing credits, are in black and white, since the original broadcasts were in black and white. Later syndication in color dumped the original commercials (and the commercial color negatives were probably dumped years ago), and the closing credits were altered or dumped since they were loaded with Kellogg's characters and images. Somehow the full original color opening survived, probably because the Kellogg's references were easily edited out for later syndication.
