I love lucy, all in the family and maybe even Bewitched ( I haven't watched it yet) are more about adults rather than the whole family. Like adults started the show but eventually had kids.

I was thinking more like Little House or waltons where a lot of the air time is about the kids right from the begining. Beaver is about the kids and ward and june are only along for the ride.

It seems easier if the kids can play off of one another like Jeff and Mary Stone. So I was curious about shows that didnt have another kid for the only child to play off of.

Does that make sense?

Right. Lionel played by Mike. I tend to conflate the two. It’s a bad habit of mine.

While I’m here, Tommy was Alice’s only kid (That one I think I got right)
