The Definition Game - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I came up with an idea for a new game thread called The Definition Game. For this game, someone has to give a definition of a word and someone else has to guess the word. If they get it wrong, then they have to try again until someone else comes along and gets it correct. If they get it correct, then they have to give a definition of a word and another poster has to guess the word and so on…

For example, say if the word was gaunt and someone gave the definition and someone else would have to guess the word:

Poster #1: (of a person) lean and haggard, especially because of suffering, hunger, or age

Poster #2: (if correct): Gaunt?

Poster #1: Correct!

Then Poster #2 would have to step up and give a different definition if correct and someone else would have to come along and guess the word. If Poster #2 was incorrect, they would’ve had to guess again unless someone else comes along and guesses the word correctly.
