California court bans Kars4Kids ads for false advertising violations

Kars4Kids is banned from using its ads in California after a court found that the funds from donated cars were used for teenagers' international trips and a $16.5 million building in Israel.

I never figured out how in the world Kars4Kids got so hyped on TV commercials but on nearly every talk radio station in California they would constantly advertise their radio commercials and the jingle would get so annoying because during commercial breaks on radio shows the Kars4Kids radio commercial would be very annoying after the hundredth time. I think they became a popular charity because donating vehicles replaced donations of clothing and furniture and then they had competition with other charities that did vehicle donations and soon other charities followed suit after that. But I think due to this Kars4Kids will file for bankruptcy and no longer exist
