Default Seems to be a writing goof regarding Chrissy going home to her sick mom

wasnt Reverend snow already living with her? lol maybe it should have been her sick parents instead of sick mother. You see how her father to seem no longer exist regarding her sick mom when he was mentioned and several times

BTW: I speaking in terms of TC universe not real life. Seems like they forgot all about her father when they was transitioning her off the show

Yes the father did live there, however sometimes its difficult to take care of an older person by yourself. Hence he needed Crissy's help. The other reason could be that that he traveled a lot. I believe in one of the episodes he mentioned he was out of town frequently with his reverend status.

I would not go so far to call it a writing goof. Its just a hole in Chrissy's story about going home. She was made to do those phone in scenes as punishment so I don't think they really cared her story made sense. I wish they would have let her finish the season and then fired her instead of those phone in segments. Everyone knew what happened and they were not fooling anyone.

we know the real life drama but we are talking about inside the Threes Company universe and looking for logic.

Did Chrissy come back and get all of her belongings? or did Janet send them back to her. Why did Chrissy stop calling them? why did Chrissy never come back for a visit. did Cindy ever update them on how Chrissy and her mother were doing. did Cindy ever go and visit Chrissy and the family. so many questions. did Chrissy know Janet was getting married or was she even invited to the wedding? Nevermind Chrissy, did The Ropers and Cindy know about the wedding???

What about in episode 2 Chrissy's mother learns she is living with a man. Yet later when her father comes to visit he does not know about Chrissy's living arrangement. The mother never mentioned it to her husband?

I was watching Larry Loves Janet last night. The girls especially Janet always put Larry in his place. Yet Janet says she did not want to hurt Larry's feelings so she puts on a slutty show to turn off Larry looking for wholesome girl.

No need to even do the phone scenes if it wasnt going to lead to a return. Just that chrissy is away visiting her sick mother and should have left it that.

In regards to wedding, Im thinking they would have been there if it was a final ep
