Jenna Elfman Joins ABC’s "Shifting Gears" in Return to Multi-Camera Comedy

Jenna Elfman, best known for her starring role in the 1997 ABC sitcom "Dharma & Greg", and more recently as June from "Fear the Walking Dead", is returning to network comedy with a recurring role on multi-camera series "Shifting Gears".

Elfman will play Eve Drake, a spirited choreographer and owner of the dance studio across from Parker Customs. The role should be a good fit for Elfman who is a classically trained ballerina and began her career as a professional dancer.

Jenna Elfman Addresses her Future on "Shifting Gears" after Joining Fox's "The Interrogator"

Jenna Elfman is joining a new show on Fox — but that won't necessarily affect her tenure on ABC's "Shifting Gears".

After being announced as a cast member on the upcoming series "The Interrogator", Elfman told Us how her new gig will impact her ability to portray Eve Drake, the love interest to Tim Allen's Matt Parker, on the hit ABC sitcom.

"I can go play on Shifting Gears," Elfman said at the Fox Upfronts on Monday.

During her conversation with Us, Elfman pitched bringing a "Shifting Gears" costar onto her new show as a special guest.

"Having Tim Allen on would be very entertaining," she said. "He's very funny and I think Stephen [Fry] interrogating Tim Allen would be cool."
