Default Season 9 Discussion

So Glen left because he was scheduled to be in only 6 eps for season 9 lo

I would think that Schneider would only be in 6 eps since it didnt appear to be a need for him anymore

Ann had a husband
The girls were grown and married and no longer in the apt

So he should have been in 6 eps lol

I’d say there’s only 3 episodes in season nine that would be called Schneider episodes. The rest of the time he’s around as the family friend.

I just skimmed the article from the other thread you started. Going to read it in full when I get a chance. But I can't believe he would be needed in 6 episodes in season 9 either.

Schneider had been there from the start and he was the building Super. He was annoying at times, but he served more of a purpose than Alex. Schneider is seen less in season 9 being the girls and their hubby's moved to the house, so alot goes on there and not the apt. anymore. And there are some funny moments with Schneider and Sam , Schneider gets on Sam's nerves .

I feel like Francine should be phased out by now, I wish she left with Alex.

TVFactFan is right, she's Ann's business partner. Besides, she must have taken the Alex deal because she's only in six episodes this season. And only 2 are what I would say are Francine centered plots. And I don't think she even first shows up till Christmas!

I always wished Bob (and Molly) would have shown up at least once in the final season.

as we approach the end of the series I would say after watching for 5 months the characters I am not all that happy to see when watching is

Julie........too dramatic
Alex....too nerdy
Grandmom romano......too annoying
Max..........too annoying
Ginny......too unattractive

Everyone I was happy to watch

Mark
Barb
Bob
Schneider
Francine
Ann
Sam
The two Old characters at retirement home-more watchable than grandmom romano

We got one more season to get you to change your mind on Max.

4 more for you. David, Nick, and Ann’s two bosses. Yay or nay?

Shakedown was good. Sam getting annoyed by schneider just coming in and throwing his pass key out the window. I would think schneider would be old enough to know that just coming in the door without knocking would be weird since he knew a man was living there.

And in the Take my ex episode Sam's ex-wife was Jack Tripper's older BOO thang on Three's company But I agree with Ann why the hell was she at her house. Kind of weird to have the ex-wife at the current wife home.

Barb looked nice in this episode

Shakedown was funny. And the dogs were cute. I like Barbara's haircut and Max without the beard, he looks more handsome IMO.
