Would you recommend it? I keep getting different opinions of it. Some say it is dangerous, and others say it is great. What are your opinions on it?

My Mom and sister got into it for about 3 weeks a few summers ago. The tapes are now collecting dust in the basement. I did it a few times and a couple times for crew practice when we needed a break from the ergs (You want to see something funny-imagine about 25 college students griping about it being 6am and going through the tape!). You have to do the motions correctly or you could screw something up easily. It doesn't exhaust me like a 30 minute work out should either. I'm used to scraping myself off the floor after crew practice and after tae-bo, I was jumping around still and my Mom and sister were gasping for air.

We did taebo in PE once. None of us new what we were doing and kept messing up.
