The past few months I've had a better appetite. I believe I've posted a couple of times I've had bouts with anorexia in my past, and have no appetite whatsoever when I get nervous or afraid. This time last year, I barely weighed 100 pounds. This year I've been about 110-115. The key is I've stopped skipping meals and try to eat at the same times every day. Even as a kid I was a picky eater, and I probably always will be. I just try to eat sensibly now.

I don't have as big of an appetite as I used to. However, I still eat a balanced diet, yet still enjoy the things I like. Pizza, for example, I really have to control it. When eating snacks, and most foods, I follow the nutrition guidelines on the label. Sometimes what they call a 'serving' is so tiny or meager--but I try to follow it. I felt deprived at first, but now I'm used to it. I eat very moderate amounts of food, but eat anything I want. I've been losing weight gradually. So yeah, to answer your question, my appetite is 'normal' for my age I suppose, but I do try to control it, without diet fads or radical measures.

I don't eat a whole lot, but I can eat really bad food and it doesn't get to me.

I eat all the time. A big breakfast and lunch and a huge dinner, plus I snack every chance I get. And I'm thin!

I was never like that. It was my sister who could eat whatever she wanted and not gain any weight. She was sooo thin. One day she woke up and all of a sudden BAM! She starts eating something and she gains weight. Unfortunately, now she doesn't eat the same foods so she's still a rail lol.

I guess I have an average appetite, I eat 2 or 3 meals a day and sometimes a snack at night when we're watching tv. I also like having a few glasses of sweet iced tea.
