I always liked Scott, but his transition out of stardom is pretty ugly. He has been trying to stay relative by being a loud Trump supporter, and like a lot of other celebrities, he talks about topics he knows very little about. Then rather than accepting that his career died of natural causes, he claims Hollywood canceled him because of his political views. In fact, he hadn’t worked long before.

I don't really remember him in anything after Charles in charge or Diagnosis murder from early- mid? 90's?

So that was long before Trump became president. I don't think Scott can really blame his acting career not doing well on his political views.
