Question "The Nutcracker"

I would like to know if anybody out there has seen "The Nutcracker" before?
If so, what was it like? I would like as much feedback as possible. I'm thinking of maybe going to see it next month with my boyfriend; we've never seen it before, and would like to know what it's like, what to expect.

Thanks

I would like to see it one day. I just never get around to making it a priority. It looks interesting.

Oh, see it you'll love it!
I first saw it when I was around 6 or 7.. I've seen it several times since then as well. It's a beautiful classic and perfect for getting you in the 'Christmas mood.'

I did when I was a little kid. Our across the street neighbor, who has since passed on, got tickets and gave them to my mom. She took my sister and I to Cleveland to see the show. It was wonderful - have fun!!

Thumbs up The Nutcracker

Saturday, I went with my boyfriend to see (The Nutcracker); first time for both of us. We loved every minute of it; definitely worth the money, etc....

^ me too. the dance of the sugar plum fairies is my fav. piece. i'd like to see the nutcracker. i saw a christmas carol at the hartford stage last year with my husband. he loved it as it was his first play, i thought it was ok but i thought they took too many liberties with the story. all in all it was still nice to get out of the house.

The only NUTCRACKER I have seen is one from the 90s with KEVIN from Home alone in it and it was bloody stupid!!

They didnt say a thing thru it,it was just music while they danced...

I would have liked to here kevins voice then!!

I would say that you have to like Ballet to appreciate it.

I saw a production of the Nutcracker before. I thought it was boring. I'm not a fan of ballet.
