I see its two different openings for season 6. One without Max and Julie and the other with Nick and the other guy

This was a season that started late because of an actors strike

1980 actors strike

Teachers Pet didn't first air till November 9th.

That weirdo professor annoyed the hell out of me in Teacher's pet. Poor Sylvia was like I need to pass this class so I gotta do what I gotta do if it means sleeping with him who cares.

But why did the episode end without viewers seeing barbara file a grievance with grievance committee? Especially since she said she was still going to go through with it. Why would it end like that??

Unless..................she only filed the grievance on CBS??

I was surprised it wasnt no mention of Julie and Max at the start of a new season

Slimy Francine tricked Ann into taking the promotion knowing it was in Texas lol So she end up losing the opportunity to go to Texas and her job. She should have did more than pouring wa.ter on her at the end wej

I will admit that's not the type of move you just say yes to immediately. Not like moving from philly to NYC.

Mr. Connors had the type of voice that was suited for Sunday Night Sports wrap while showing highlights. It was that type of late night tone that reminds you the weekend is over.

I’ve always said Teachers Pet should have been a 2 parter at the very least.

Yeah. I guess it was supposed to be believed that Barbara won the case and the teacher was reprimanded or fired. But it would have been nice to see it happen. It showed Barbara's strength and confidence. It was cool when she slapped him.

Yes. Mr. Connors is a very dry person.

This should have been a mention of Julie and Max , being they were living in Houston. That would have been one plus of going to Amarillo , being closed to Julie and Max if Ann transferred to Texas. Although the two cities are pretty far apart Northern Texas and Southern Texas , and it being such huge state. Still closer than Indy.

She slapped him? I didn’t see anything. You saw something? I didn’t see anything.

By the way, that guy was Valerie’s doctor in one of her movies. He was nicer to her there.

Yeah, and at first Schneider didn't get it and said yeah I saw . I think he was just really proud of Barbara for doing it.

That teacher really wasn't bad looking at all. Believable how he could get some student girls to do what he wanted. Their thinking might be, hey a good grade and he's not completly old and gross.

The actor also has something in common with Terry Kiser from yesterday. They’re both 86 and still currently working!
