The Ricardos and Mertzes visit Walt Disney World???:

(Lucy, Ricky, Little Ricky, Fred & Ethel are all in the Ricardos living room.)

Lucy: “How about that? All of us are going to the Magical Place on Earth. Disney World.”

Ethel: “Gee Disney World. I never been there. I never seen a Disney character live in person…except for Scrooge McDuck here.”

(Ricky laughs.)

Fred: “Very funny.”

Lucy: “Now I promised Ricky that I would not screw up. I am the one who used Ricky’s money to book our flight. It won’t cost Fred a cent.”

Fred (elated): “Oh boy!”

(Ricky laughs.)

Ricky: “Now Lucy, did you buy the tickets and reservations yet?”

Lucy: “No. I will do it when I feel like it. Oh Honey, everyone at Disney World will love your band.”

Ricky: “Yeah, it’s a marvelous occasion all right.”

(Later that night at 11p, Ethel comes by.)

Ethel: “Lucy, what are you doing at this late hour?”

Lucy: “Oh Ethel, I am in a hurry. I want to book our vacation just before I go to bed.”

Ethel: “Lucy, that’s a recipe for disaster.”

Lucy: “Oh no? I just booked it. The vacation is all set.”

(At the airport, Lucy gives everyone their tickets. Lucy looks at hers. Lucy has a look of disdain on her face.)

Lucy: “Ethel come here. Look at my ticket and yours.”

Ethel: “Lucy you booked us to a flight to Walt DISNEYLAND.”

Lucy: “Maybe I can get the boys tickets before they see them.”

(Ricky, off camera, yells in Spanish.)

Ricky: “Lucy, look at this.”

Lucy: “Now Ricky, it wasn’t my fault that I misread it when I bought the tickets last night just before I went to bed.”

Ricky: “That’s no ‘scuse.”

Lucy: “That’s is a good ‘scuse.”

Fred: “Fortunately we can exchange our tickets and get our luggage and transport them into the RIGHT plane.”

Lucy: “Good. I’ll lead.”

Ricky: “No, you won’t.”

(After causing chaos at the airport because of Lucy wasting time, they finally go to the counter to get their tickets.)

Ricky: “Are we late?”

Manager: “No, you just made it. You need four tickets?”

Ricky: “yes.”

Manager: “They are now more expensive then they were a day ago. $8,000 more.”

Lucy: “Ewwww and I don’t have any money.”

(Ricky starts advancing towards her.)

Lucy: “Now Ricky.”

(Ricky laughs.)

Ricky: “This is so utterly ridiculous and it can only happen to us.”

(Everyone laughs.)

Ricky: “Fred, Mr. Band Manayer, let’s all go to Disney World.”

(They all sing Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah.)
