I'm not sure how close or far away from NYC some of these places actually are, but here goes...

Eastland Academy for Girls from "The Facts of Life"
Maude's House from "Maude"
Archie and Edith's House from "All in the Family"

It is Tom's Restaurant (look out for it in "Spiderman", its where Mary Jane works in the 1st film)

However, on Seinfeld, it was Monk's Diner.
