The dumbest thing in Larceny is Schneider saying the Jets plus 3 is a good bet. Never bet on the Jets.

The Jets was bad that season of the show. Finished 8-8 during 1979 season

Male Jealousy episode tonight. What was all that mess Julie was saying in the hallway to Max? lol

"Schneider is jealous of you because you are young with a wife and a bright future have your whole life ahead of you with a bright future, your best years lie ahead"

DAMM Julie Almost sounds like what Edith said to Mike about Archie

In the New years eve episode, the first two acts from Schneider and Ann's mom had me ready to turn off the episode. And then Barbara came out lookin sexy with black stockings and singing. For a split second I thought she was sitting on a old man's lap Then schneider and max came out with their act reminding me of bugs and tweety on sat morning cartoons lol And the final act with All the ladies on the bike

Defintely made up for the first two acts. it took me a minute to realize that the old guy was the creep on Three's company who was into Transwomans

Yeah. Really. I remember when Edith said that to Mike , it was similar to Julie and Max. .And Ann and Barbara were inside telling Schneider the same stuff that Julie was telling Max out in the hall .That Max was jealous of Schneider because he was a bachelor.

When Max said " His piece of roast beef is bigger than mine" , and all hell breaks loose! That dinner really sounded good. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, broccoli , rolls !

yes a true explosion lol At the end it made sense for Ann to go with Barbara and Schneider to cookout. why the hell would she go with Max and Julie? lol Julie and Max was enough. Schneider flipping a coin to see where she goes

Yeah. The first act with Grandma was really bad! I think that's why right after they had Barbara out being cute right after. And Max and Schneider were doing an old Vaudeville type act. That was popular in the old days, I'm gonna say between 1920's- 1930's? People were entertained by corny stuff back than! I thought it was pretty fun actually.

And it's always nice seeing Nedra Volz / Adelaide from Different Strokes. She's a funny old lady. I love to see her pop up in sitcoms.

Something different ? Maybe Ann was really bored of the cookout after a few years. And nice of Max for wanting to include his wife's family. Exciting, flying out of town for a big fancy dinner party. But at that point, I think Ann and Barbara just wanted to keep the peace, so either way where they went wasn't important.

But Barbara was upset she didn't get to have a new dress like Julie did. So I guess it really was OK with her to go with Schneider.

I noticed Julie was missing again in the New Years ep and this Dec 1979 article explained what was going.

Im guessing she is missing a lot during the last 12 eps of season 5

Yes. So sad ! Besides the drug use, it is true that her house in Laurel Canyon burned down in one of the California wild fires. I read it in her autobiography .

And what was Redd Fox up to?
