I cannot figure out how JG Wentworth came with that commercial in the first place? But that phrase got very annoying each time that commercial would air and I think JG Wentworth wanted to attract more people to them and I don't think they even exist anymore because I haven't seen JG Wentworth commercials anyway. But I guess JG Wentworth needed a hit catchphrase in "It's My Money And Need It Now" the same way Life Alert sold millions of devices with "Help I've Fallen And I Can't Get Up"

They seem like a scammer type of company, and their ads were on marginal outlets like Antenna TV.
