VHS: On some tapes, it is attached to “The Fashion Show.” On some tapes, it is attached to “Lucy & Bob Hope.” On the Columbia house tapes, it’s attached to episodes #38-40.
DVD: On all the standard definition Season 1 DVD Box sets, it is Attached to episodes 37-42 of the show, and the My Favorite Husband episode “Liz & George Handcuffed.” On the Blu Ray set, it is attached to the episodes #37-42 along with the bonus features like flashbacks, flubs, the colorized version of this episode and the same My Favorite Husband episode. On the I Love Lucy Colorized Collection DVD Box Set, it is attached to “Pioneer Women”, “Lucy Does A TV Commercial” & “The Million Dollar Idea.”

Note: Wikipedia.org says that in the 4/9/20 episode of Will & Grace, Sean Hayes as Lucy and Debra Messing as Ethel and Lucie Arnaz as their boss reenact the chocolate factory scene. That is true. I watched it. It’s hysterical.
