I'm sure it's long ago ended up on someone's breakfast plate in the form of bacon!

Yeah - they never really did say what happened to her pet pig did they? I think they got rid of it around the time she was really packing on the weight. There was enough outcry about that, and the producers probably got nasty mail saying that the pig was there to make her look worse. (Remember they got on Delta's case about losing weight?)

Noel ran away, I believe it was said in the episode when Anthony hurt his back and he was staying at Suzanne's house.

Now that you mention it, I do remember that. Actually I loved that episode. She starts pampering Anthony and he's panicking on the phone "She's gonna EXFLOIATE me!!" lol

Yep and Julia was commenting on how Suzanne was treating Anthony by dressing him up and whatnot. And Julia said something like that might be the reason her (Suzanne) pig ran away.

I loved when she had the pig. I remember her dressing Noel up.

Suzanne’s pet pig, Noelle (also spelled Noel), eventually disappeared from the series through a combination of plot points and the character Suzanne's own departure.

Running Away: In the Season 4 episode "The Proxy Pig and Great Pretenders," it is established that Noelle has run away. Suzanne is devastated by the loss and attempts to cope with her grief by obsessively buying gifts for Charlene's unborn baby.

Final Fate: The pig was never found on-screen, and her disappearance served as a "pivotal" emotional beat for Suzanne, who viewed the animal as one of her only true friends.

The Japan Move: When Delta Burke was fired at the end of Season 5, the show explained Suzanne's absence by stating she had moved to Japan to live with her mother, Perky. In the Season 6 premiere, it was mentioned that she was living there "with mother," effectively ending any chance of the pig being found or returning to the Atlanta-based show.

Interesting Fact: Noelle was a gift from Suzanne's maid, Consuela, whose family was in the meat-packing business. Suzanne famously dressed the pig in rhinestone collars and took her to Dairy Queen in her Mercedes.
