It's from "Never Too Young" where Bobby kisses Melicent and Cindy sees it. Cindy is about to come charging into the attic and say "I've got a secret, I've got a secret."

The subplot of the episode was the family performing at a roaring 20's party. This is why they are going over albums and music in Greg's room. We later see them dance in 1920's clothes in the living room.
