I Love Lucy Episode Synopsis (w/images): “The Ballet” & “Young Fans”:

“The Ballet”:

Episode #20 (syndicated episode #19)
VHS: On the CBS FOX videos it is attached to “The Handcuffs.” On the Columbia House tapes it is attached to “The Handcuffs” & “Lucy’s Showbiz Swan Song.”
DVD: On the I Love Lucy Season 1, Volume 5 DVD, it is attached to episodes 17-20 along with bonus features like flubs, series original opening, guest cast information, behind the scenes featurette, My Favorite Husband episode “Valentine’s Day.” On all the other standard definition Season 1 DVD Box sets, it is Attached to episodes 19-24 of the show & the rest are the same except for an additional My Favorite Husband episode entitled “Liz Has The Filmjabs.” On the Blu Ray set, it is attached to the episodes #17-22 along with the bonus features like flubs.
Air Date: Mon. 2/18/52

Note: In 2023, I acquired the original script and it’s VERY DIFFERENT than the finished product.

DVD: On the I Love Lucy Season 1, Volume 6 DVD, it is attached to episodes #21-24 along with bonus features like flubs, series original opening, guest cast information, behind the scenes featurette, My Favorite Husband episode “Valentine’s Day” & “Liz Gets The Filmjabs.” On all the other standard definition Season 1 DVD Box sets, it is Attached to episodes 19-24 of the show & the rest are the same except for an additional My Favorite Husband episode entitled “Liz Teaches The Samba.” On the Blu Ray set, it is attached to the episodes #15-21 along with the bonus features like flubs.

Note: Those young fans had to be real stupid for them to think that the Ricardos can age that fast in ONE day.
