WGN(Cable) was a lot different than it is right now because the channel air Bozo the Clown and repeats of various pre-2000s programming.

I remember seeing that schedule on Sarah’s Rugrats the Rugrats official website as they were celebrating 10 years of Rugrats. They had an exclusive page for it and I saw both the national and local feed schedules for WGN that week as well as the ones for WWOR. And it talked about the Syndex law.
