WPIX Channel 11 New York Monday-Friday Fall Schedule 1984 and Fall Schedule 2024

Are classic schedules allowed to be posted? I noticed there are same in here so I hope I posted this in the right section.

I wanted to do a before and after schedule as I was able to get a copy of the WPIX Channel 11 schedule from Fall 1984 and post the current Fall 2024 schedule to compare it and the evolution of local TV channels (and live channels in general).

Not sure if all of you know what WPIX is, but it is a channel based in New Yoek City, for awhile many cable providers offered it as a superstation in out of state markets, much like WGN,WSBK,I think KTLA was also a superstation, and of course SuperStation TBS (or WTBS).

Oh how the mighty have fallen. I've lived in the NY metro area more or less since 1974. I miss the independent channels rerun schedules. Now we have hours and hours of local news, Judge shows, and talk shows. Yuck.

For some reason WPIX must have been exempt from Syndex. I know they carried it in Troy, AL on cable for several years and I remember one night in it the summer or fall of 1994 I was at a friend of my mother’s house and Star Trek: The Next Generation was on and again it was in Troy, AL.
