I definitely liked Larry Mondello & Larry from Newhart the best. Larry from the Bill Murray Meatballs is a strong 3rd.

Mondello was the devil sitting on Beaver's shoulder whispering evil in his ear. Worse than Eddie Haskell, IMO. Haskell was more open about his jerky tendencies, whereas Mondello was much more passive-aggressive regarding his desire to cause trouble. OTOH, Larry from "Newhart" was definitely a weirdo (as were his brothers), but at least he was well-intentioned.
