Years before the episode Jack's 10 the actress appeared on Hart to Hart where she tried to kill both of them in a very brutal way.

BTW, Janet's father and Chrissy's boss is also in this episode in the beginning and Jack's 10 kills him too.

This was awful. I can't believe we were subjected to this bad television in the 70's. I thought for sure she was going to say at some point "This is for Natalie."

No. The woman trying to kill the Harts was the woman that was planning on marrying Jack and was taking over his life telling him to quit cooking school, etc.

In the beginning, the actor who played Janet's father is also killed by the same woman.
