I'm not really familiar with Shipmates. Have you ever seen Dismissed? You may not be into that one though. Everyone on there is so young, and the younger they are the sillier it seems. I wonder what ever happened to Rondeview. Did you know that one? I watched it, but it was pretty lame. Probably why it was canned. Or maybe my area just doesn't get it anymore. Blinddate is the original dating show, and probably the best quality.

Did you know that Blindate and 5th Wheel were produced by th same Production Company? That'swhy sometimes if you see a person on blindate, you will also see them on the 5th wheel.

That's right. I remember a thread on the Reality Shows Board I posted that both were by the some Producers. I had thought before that Blinddate and Elimidate were by the same Producers because I liked both shows, and not so much The Fifthwheel. I've noticed several people appear on both Blinddate and the Fifthwheel. Just last week I saw Dismissed with a guy who was on Blinddate and The Fifthwheel a few months ago. It was weird seeing someone on 3 shows. It was even weirder I remembered him. I guess he just really stood out. And I noticed he changed his name and age when he went on Dismissed. I wished I could have been the girl on there (not like I would really go on a dating show, lol) so I could say, "okay, what's your deal dude? I've seen you on tv before and you changed your name. You're dismissed RIGHT now."

I watched dismissed on MTV-it;s kind of weak. You know what makes me laugh about the 5th wheel? when the people select someone at the end, they act like they are about to get married-LOL. All that celebration that happens.

LOL, yeah they do make it look like they are getting married! And it's hysterical because half the time, the people that matched were messing around with someone else in that 15 minute room not long before they chose their favorite. The people on their are crazy.

I didn't realize until the last time I watched this, that in the end when the rejects get crushed by rocks or whatever wacky thing they show happening to them, the winner looks over at them while the viewer watches them get erased from the screen. I was such a fool that I didn't put two and two together that it's all staged. I only noticed when this one winner was the worst actress I've ever seen when she looked over at the losers as they disppeared. LOL.

I watch Blind Date pretty often and 5th Wheel is okay. Another good show is 'Change of Heart', even though I don't watch it much.

Elimidate was easily the best one of the three by far. I recently found out there's a YouTube channel that posts high-quality Elimidate episodes, and here it is right here:
