I say this one, but it did go 5 seasons, so I guess it can’t be all bad

You're the Worst has several competitors that literally qualify.

I remember hearing about Worst Week, one season CBS sitcom from the 2008-2009 season that flopped airing right after Monday anchor Two and a Half Men. I never had any desire to watch it, neither did the rest of America.

I found one more in my primetime directory, a "documentary" from 2002 that aired on TBS called Worst Case Scenario.

Regulars were Mike Rowe who went on to host Dirty Jobs just one year later, and Danielle Burgio ("Gear Girl").

"This ridiculous reality show opened at The Worst Case Institute, a large room filled with what appeared to be surplus scientific equipment, where host Mike Rowe solemnly informed viewers that they were able to learn how to get out of dangerous situations. What followed were reenactments containing a confusing jumble of practical tips (how to kick down a door in an emergency: aim for the area of the doorknob) and dubious advice (how to jump off a three-story building: look for a Dumpster with nothing sharp in it to land in), plus challenges between experts (two lost survivalists competed to see who could get out of the woods fastest). One frightened woman was challenged to overcome her fears and jump 40 feet off a cliff into the water below (tip: keep your feet together!) Well, maybe someday she'll be chased by a bear. Helping demonstrate were some remarkably sexy stuntwomen, and a "Gear Girl." Based on the Worst Case Scenario book series."
