Do you seem to think that METV is heading toward a new direction of showing 90's-2000's sitcoms? I think that they are because with the debut of Everybody Loves Raymond I think this means that METV is gonna be slowly going to stop showing 50's 60's and 70's shows and focus mainly on 80's 90's and 2000's shows. And if this is gonna be the new direction of METV they will copy TVLand and they will add more 90's sitcoms like Roseanne Dave's World Yes, Dear Still Standing Mad About You Newsradio and Frasier. Still it is odd that METV is gonna air reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond because that show was big in the 2000's and it started in the 90's. If METV goes to a more 80's 90's 2000's sitcom image they will gain more viewers and if Everybody Loves Raymond is a success METV will most likely add Becker to the sitcom lineup in the future

It's seemed to me that MeTV's shows have been:
1. Critically acclaimed, or; 2. Very popular when first aired, or; 3. Unusually durable in syndication. I think Raymond fits at least the first two of those. |

I don't know if this predates MeTV going national or not, but the channel used to air Roseanne and The Cosby Show. Not only that but at one point, they showed The Fresh Prince, The Nanny, That 70s Show, and Scrubs.

It’s way too soon for MeTV to air shows that were aired throughout the 2000s era, only the shows that were aired throughout the 1990s decade should be available just in case
