Are they really going to give Satan an hour of prime time? And ABC must also have Jimmy Kimmel Live promos scattered about the commercial breaks.

I haven't seen anything online about it. Maybe they aren't even aware he hosts the show. I think they would receive much more criticism for pulling a prime time show.

Snopes says he wasn't fired.

I can’t find anything either. But I asked here and at another board. I figure between the two someone will live in one of those markets and be able to tell me.

Not a fan of the show, or not a fan of the celebrity version? I personally would rather see regular everyday people playing.

Having only celebrities on quiz shows is like all awards shows—just pats on the back. Even losing celebs get SOMETHING for charity.

I never saw “Win Ben Stein’s Money” with Kimmel as a sidekick, but when I was first online in the late 1990’s, some game show Usenet group fawned all over Kimmel.* Whatever.

Anyway, I am not really fond of any modern game shows where the answer-reveal to a big question is preceded by either a drum roll, darkened set, or showing a loved one in the audience shaking like a leaf. JUST GET GOING! :P (After all, added commercial time means less gameplay as it is.)

[* Has conservative Ben Stein chimed in on Kimmel lately? If not, he has been strangely silent.]
