Basically trying to see if Phillip and Nancy ever went head to head.

Alice and The Facts of Life aired against each other on Wednesday nights at 9pm at the start of the 1982-83 season. It looks there were four head-to-head matchups as far as new episodes.

141. 7-1 06 Oct 82 Sorry, Wrong Lips!

144. 7-4 27 Oct 82 Alice at the Palace
56. 4-3 27 Oct 82 The Sound of Silence

145. 7-5 03 Nov 82 Joel Grey Saves the Day
57. 4-4 03 Nov 82 The Oldest Living Graduate

146. 7-6 10 Nov 82 Alice's Turkey of a Thanksgiving
58. 4-5 10 Nov 82 Different Drummer

Alice was moved to Sunday nights at 9:30pm starting January 9, 1983. CBS moved it quite a bit in Season 7. (Season 7 airdates)

The Facts of Life was getting slightly better ratings at #36. Alice had a huge drop from #5 to #41. They went back up to #25 the next season.

The Fall Guy was beating them in the time slot at #14.
