Dear Nick at Nite Viewer Services,
I have an Acquisition Request for Nick at Nite: as I'm sure you know, earlier this afternoon, Nick at Nite announced it would add "Young Sheldon" to its regular lineup in November. That being said, I Request that Nick at Nite, starting in Fall 2021, add its parent show, "The Big Bang Theory," to its regular lineup, showcasing all 279 half-hour episodes of "The Big Bang Theory" in a shared cable deal with TBS, with TBS airing the show during the daytime hours (8 A.M. to 6 P.M. ET) while Nick at Nite airs "The Big Bang Theory" between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. ET. Created by Chuck Lorre, "The Big Bang Theory" originally aired on the CBS Television Network from September 24, 2007 - May 16, 2019, lasting 12 remarkable years; the show centered on roommates Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons), who lived together in Los Angeles, California. At the start of "The Big Bang Theory," Leonard and Sheldon met Penny (Kaley Cuoco), new to L.A., an aspiring screenwriter/waitress who eventually married Leonard; the guys' "Geek Squad" included Raj (British-born Hindu Indian actor Kunal Nayyar), the Indian Geek, and Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), who eventually married fellow geek Bernadette (Melissa Rauch). Unseen (until her real-life death of Cancer) was Carol Ann Susi as Howard's Mom, who after Carol died, her character was killed off with her. In the Hour-Long Series Finale (split into 2 half-hour episodes in reruns), Sheldon (by this time married to Amy Farrah Fowler, played by Mayim Bialik) traveled with the "Big Bang" gang to Sweden, where he was awarded a Nobel Prize; in 2017, Sheldon's portrayer, Jim Parsons, conceived and created the "Big Bang" prequel "Young Sheldon" after discussing with Chuck Lorre about an unrelated idea he had about a TV show based on his real-life nephew, to which Chuck Lorre responded to Jim, "Your nephew sounds like a Young Sheldon." Iain Armitage, now age 12, was cast as "Young Sheldon," entering its 4th season this September AND joining Nick at Nite's Lineup in November. Tentatively, as noted above, Nick at Nite shall add "The Big Bang Theory" to its regular lineup in Fall 2021, pairing "Big Bang" with "Young Sheldon." Sincerely, Steve Arino |

That is never going to happen. TBS has exclusive cable rights to The Big Bang Theory, and they won't let go of it any time soon. It is better on TBS anyway as long as Nick at Nite insists on their awful off-the-clock schedule.
