Marcia Strassman played Mrs. Kotter on Welcome Back, Kotter. Wait, you thought this thread was about The Brady Bunch?

No wonder Julie's tuna casserole is so awful, she puts coffee beans in it.

I knew the actress who played Julie Kotter was named Marcia! Marcia or Marsha isn't a very common name! Besides Marcia Brady and Marcia Strassman there is Marcia Clark the lawyer and Marsha Owens from Mr. Belvedere! And I've only personally known one girl in my whole life named (and spelled)Marsha , and that was when I was a teenager !

I don't think I know anyone with that name in real life. There is an actress named Marsha Mason who played Martin's girlfriend Sherry in Frasier, and Frankie Heck's mom in The Middle. She also starred in a 1991 sitcom that only lasted one season called Sibs.

Coincidentally, I just watched Marcia Strassman's 2-part guest role on The Rockford Files last night. Hot is the word!
Marsha Hunt was another pretty well-known actress. |

Another one: Marcia Wallace, from The Bob Newhart Show, and later a guest role on The Brady Bunch (I may be wrong about this, but I think her name was pronounced Mar-see-uh.) |
