Default Get TV Fall 2025 Schedule

Get TV announces Monk is premiering on September 29th at 8pm EST.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNgJeUWBh5n/

Official schedule to come later. As of now Monk's timeslot will replace The Rockford Files. Not sure if this means COZI TV lost the rights to Monk and/or Get TV lost the Rockford Files (been on the channel for about 4-5 years already).

If Rockford is indeed gone, I would like to see it return to MeTV. It's a great show that deserves to air on a retro channel. I'm noticing a lot of channels are adding more modern shows now such as Covert Affairs on MeTV Plus, Hot in Cleveland on Catchy Comedy, Monk on Get TV and COZI TV is already very modern. Interesting times ahead.

I’m thinking Police Woman and The Rockford Files should finally air back to back if either MeTV brings back Rockford and add Police Woman or MeTV plus adds Rockford into their schedule

I just found out I have Get on channel 1433, my online listings doesn't recognize that channel though. Move The Rockford Files to afternoons from 2-6 when Monk comes, I would much rather see Rockford there than Walker Texas Ranger. I will have to check out Ironside which I have never seen and classic Quantum Leap is a plus. If I had known I got this channel might not have bought the Magnum, P.I. series on DVD.

Quincy, M.E. deserves better slots than buried 2-4AM weekends, would be nice to check this show out after Ironside on weekdays.

Correct, Quincy should never aired during the overnight hours only on both Saturday and Sunday

Yeah we went from having too much Quincy since it was on FETV and Get TV to both channels taking it off at the same time. Hopefully it finds a better timeslot or home.

The Quantum Leap episode listed on my guide at 7:00 tonight is when Al is accused of rape and murder. The same episode is even listed on Get's site for right now. But part one of the Lee Harvey Oswald two parter is airing instead, which means I won't be home to see part 2 tomorrow night. I wish both parts had aired tonight instead of the archeology episode at 6:00.

I had sent GET a message and heard back tonight. Monk will only be two hours in primetime as The Rockford Files will still air weeknights at 10:00. Whether that is just for one episode or it pushes Magnum, P.I. back remains to be seen. They surely won't continue with 5 straight hours of Walker, Texas Ranger in afternoons.

Still no full schedule announced for the 29th, grrr! At the end of Monday my guide will go two weeks out for the new schedule anyway if it is updated. While GET's site has into October listed to pick a day, nothing is listed for the 29th past 6AM.

The schedule starting on the 29th has been released, at least for the weekday lineup.

Monk will air weeknights at 8pm & 9pm ET, moving Magnum, P.I. to the 12am & 1am slots.
Other changes include that Quincy, M.E. will move to 9am & 10am ET, replace Doc and Magnum, Doc will be moved to the 2am ET slot, and Sanford & Son and Good Times will be moved to the 3am-6am ET slots, removing Catch 21 from the schedule completely.

Good, I am assuming that means Rockford will still have two episodes from 10-12. At least Quincy gets better slots, but taking two of Walker's afternoon hours would have been better. 1-7PM on weekends will probably still be various marathons.

GET's schedule for the week of September 29 is on their site now, including the weekend changes starting October 4 and 5. Not only is Walker, Texas Ranger keeping all 5 hours on weekdays, it will now have 5 hours on weekends now from 7PM-midnight. The weekend marathons from 1-7PM will remain. I had assumed Monk would be one of those on its opening weekend, but sure don't mind more Rockford on October 4. Ironside is the October 5 marathon. GET is adding more infomercials in the 9AM hour on weekends, weekdays won't have any additional infomercial hours. The E/I hour is moving an hour later to 10AM on Saturdays. Good Times will still air in that hour on Sundays, followed by two hours of Sanford and Son both days. Weekend late night airings for Quantum Leap are being added from midnight-2AM, moving the Magnum doubleheader two hours later. Quincy, M.E. will no longer have those slots but is starting out weekdays from the beginning now. America Says is totally gone now, if you didn't know it was on there in the first place just had the 4AM hour on weekends. Common Knowledge will now have 2 full hours 4-6AM on late Saturday and Sunday nights. The Rockford Files new 10PM-midnight weeknight slots will be airing several of the 1990s movies first week of the new schedule.

I no longer receive Get TV, my cable service Spectrum cancelled it and replaced it with Start TV. But while I was receiving Get TV, I recorded episodes of the 1960-61 sitcom Peter Loves Mary, Get TV ran most of the episodes for a brief eight week timeframe during 2017. Then they ran a few episodes again for one evening in 2018. I'm glad I recorded these, Get TV ran 28 of the 32 episodes and I obtained the missing four episodes from another source.

I'm glad Rockford is staying and only moved later in primetime. Quincy at weekday mornings is good. What I can't stand is this channel's obsession with Walker. As far I can remember even in 2018 era Get TV that show was always on the channel airing 5 episodes a day. They need to give it a rest. Heroes and Icons does it too. I don't get it.
