Well tbf, the finale hasn't air on Catchy during its regular rotation of episodes for a couple of years, so whenever they do get to the penultimate episode of the series, they skip the finale and restart from the pilot again.

I don’t watch Catchy. What do they do with the finale? It’s famous and all, but it’s still just basically another half hour episode of the series.

They recently just skip it altogether, at least from the times I watched it.
Plus, originally, it did run into overtime a bit because of that ending, and it's probably too special to even air it on the regular rotation.
