Did Family Matters have a longer version of the theme song and intro?
When it first began in 1989 I noticed that Family Matters had a extended intro and longer version of the theme song As Days Go By and I wonder if this intro and longer theme song was only seen in the pilot episode? I did hear that Louis Armstrong's What A Wonderful World was also used as a theme song in the first season. Is that also true?

Probably...... When I got a record of ALL IN THE FAMILY they had the whole intro song on it........ All those years I didnt realise they shortend it for TV

I prefer the longer copy of the song because of the different family moments that are shown.
