"The Gong Show" episode on "Carol Burnett & Friends" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I Love Carol Burnett, I watched the episode last night that it was funny where Carol Burnett did "The Gong Show" where she was singing "Feelings". It featured cameos by Chuck Barris, Jamie Farr, Jaye P. Morgan and "Password" host Allen Ludden (the one who was married to Betty White a long time ago). Right towards the end of the song, all three panelists gonged and she was disapointed that she didn't win. That part reminds me of a "Full House" episode "Star Search".

I remember last year that I saw the movie "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind" in which Chuck Barris runs the CIA and does "The Gong Show".

It was a great movie.

This is a funny episode. Eunice thinks that she has a real shot at stardom but doesn't realize what a terrible singer she really is.
