Its actually episode 8 in season 5. Syndication must be playing them out of order.
When syndication airs The Evan's Dilemma it always gets aired in season 6 when Florida is back but she does not appear in that episode and is not mentioned. I think it was filmed during season 5 but never aired.

that was the airdate. It was produced before The Evans Get Involved
