It was for business purposes as she stated in the beginning, just to show the guy around. The guy was just going to be in and out of town. Now if she wanted a suger daddy it was all on the plate with Jack's brother Lee. She had the golden goose in the palm of her hands but she passed.

You guys are forgetting the most important why the old guy was cast as Chrissy's date. He fell in love with Jack pretending to be Chrissy

Not sure why but its funnier with an older guy.
