I love the USA Network. It's the station with Burn Notice!

I love USA - Burn Notice, Psych, Monk, the 4400, House, The Dead Zone - there are lots of great shows on USA, the only problem is there are TOO MANY RERUNS of everything.

My mother used to like USA Network and it used to be one of her favorite cable channels because of the awesome lineup they used to have. I remember when my mother and I used to get dressed for school she would have USA Network on in the mornings and we would watch the game show hour but if you look at USA Network today gone is it's variety format that made it so great to watch during the 80's and 90's. Because back then USA Network had everything from cartoons reruns of classic sitcoms such as My Two Dads and Major Dad and The Facts Of Life but they were known for movies "most of which would be reran from to time to time" But in my eyes what caused USA Network to change it's image was when they showed drama shows like The Big Easy which was based on the movie of the same name and Silk Stalkings and soon with those two shows USA Network knew that this was the start of this new image. Cartoons also said bye bye in the mornings and was replaced by sitcom reruns and with this new image meant that USA Network was going for the adult audience and no longer the family audience it originally started with. But once drama shows like La Femme Nikita were added it helped USA Network gain a wider audience. Another thing that was a huge moneymaker for USA was WWE wrestling and when they had WWE Monday Night Raw and WWE Smackdown Live they actually scored huge ratings just from those two shows alone and that's when they knew WWE would help score them ratings. But you can blame Monk for turning USA into an all drama network. Because if you look at USA Network right now they survive on NCIS reruns Burn Notice reruns and Suits reruns and every weekend you can always find USA having NCIS marathons. In truth the format of USA today is similar to ION and I think in a couple decades USA Network will no longer exist if they don't start improving it better
