Beautiful and absolutely compelling in her work on The Waltons, Sian Barbara Allen has passed away at age 78. I find this news so saddening. She died on March 31 from Alzheimer's, according to online sources.

It was always my hope that her character Jenny would marry John-Boy (whether Richard Thomas or not), but her work on the series proved all-too-brief: just 2 episodes. Despite that, she stands out to me as having been very memorable. Her lovely character exuded kindness and was eminently nubile.

May the memory of Sian Barbara Allen be eternal, 1946-2025.

She was a natural beauty. She did a lot of acting and then disappeared.

Much too young to pass. I liked her on the Waltons and other things from the 70's . May she Rest in peace.
