Default Of all the Dick Wolf shows, which one should go first?

He has 9 shows all on the air at the same time. L&O OC moved to Peacock but still. All 9 shows can't stay on the air forever. Which one is likely to go first? I say the original Law and Order. It was fresh and new but now it's tired and boring. 911 is kicking it's butt. Even SVU needs to retire. How much longer should Benson be a cop? 26 years is enough and the original Law and Order is an old relic. Time for new fresh shows and Dick Wolf should concentrate on his other shows which are One Chicago and the FBI shows. Chicago Fire is my favorite and that isn't a cop show. I'm just saying some of his shows have overstayed their welcome and need to go.

I don't care for the Chicago franchise, dropped PD a long time ago and was never interested in the other two. Totally disagree about og Law and Order. I like watching it still (and I also watch 9-1-1 as well, Thursdays at 8:00 is full of good shows). And I watch all three of the FBI shows. I don't like SVU but it still does well. However, if Mariska Hargitay ever decides to leave that will definitely end it. I never liked Organized Crime, Found is a big improvement in that hour quality wise. Unfortunately Found is struggling going against the relocated Grey's Anatomy (which itself is down big).

I agree with you 100%. I also hate Organized Crime because they brought back Stabler and he is still the same.

I just saw the Law and Order fall finale which was really good, with a storyline I am looking forward to see the continuation when it returns. Even Reid Scott is growing on me, my least favorite of the current cast. This old dog still has plenty of life left in it. If NBC needs space cancel one of the Chicagos instead, I would say get rid of SVU as well but that is not happening unless Mariska Hargitay decides to end it. I still watch the whole FBI franchise, but if one of them goes I would much rather International end than Most Wanted. Parent FBI is in no danger anytime soon.

I don't want Mariska to play the part until she needs a wheelchair and she is in her 80s or even close to 100. I agree with icecream about cancelling one show like PD and International to make room for new shows.

I agree with you. I hope it doesn't go on for another 20 years.

If I had to make a decision like this on my own, I would have Chicago P.D. be the first in line to end (based on ratings/viewership), and then Chicago Med sometime later. Have Chicago Fire be the last one standing.

I can't, however, tell which of Law & Order or its Special Victims Unit spinoff should disappear from new episodes first, but Law & Order shouldn't be working 20-plus-episodes full seasons for its revival run; That's how it derailed the NBC run of the 2018 version of Magnum PI. Try out some new scripted series on Thursdays at 8 for the final weeks of the broadcast season.

"Stay Safe"? More like "Stay Sad".
