Did you know after airing in the same time slot for 4 years, CBS
decided to move Bob Newhart from 9:30pm to 8:30pm on saturday because All in the Family was moved back to Saturday Night to air in 9pm hour since the show consisted of sexually oriented topics and not suitable for Family viewing hour.
Before November of 1976, Bob Newhart aired at 9:30pm from Sept 1972 to October 1976 |
