Dizziness could be a sign of vertigo, you might want to mention it to your doctor.

Could be high blood pressure, or too low blood pressure, vertigo , inner ear infection. Dehydration ( drink more water) .Or stress. Could be you just need more sleep.

You should see your doctor. Hope you feel better.

How much water (fluids) are you drinking in a day?
It may be dehydration - something easy to take care of.

See if any of these symptoms are present

Dizziness and lightheadedness
It can be caused by various factors, including inner ear disorders, low blood pressure, dehydration, anxiety, and certain medications. These sensations may also result from conditions that affect blood flow to the brain or issues with balance and coordination.

Dizziness and feeling off balance
It can be caused by various factors, including inner ear disorders, dehydration, low blood pressure, and neurological conditions. Common specific causes include benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), Méničre's disease, and vestibular neuritis.

To be safe make a call to your doctor.

Default Race's Girl 20th Anniversary

Happy 20th Anniversary on Sitcoms Online Race's Girl.

I will admit that I didn't notice until you mentioned it in this thread:
https://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards...d.php?t=482578

I don't always look to see when someone has joined.
Back in December I didn't even noticed I had been here 10 years until Hawkee started her thread.

The only correct advice is to see a doctor.

I had that problem and I had vertigo. That doesn't mean you have it.

Above are all good advices. I am smoker and for last year and half I use to get dizzy spells and light head. Finally went to doctor and he told me I have high blood pressure. He put me on very low dose blood pressure medicine and dizziness have subsided. He also told me to quit smoking

They say cigarette smoking is more addictive and hard to break than hard core drugs such as heroin or cocaine. And I believe them as it is very hard to quit. If I had saved all the money that was spend on buying cigarettes for last 30 years, I be rich man by now

One really can not underestimate the power of having getting enough sleep. Body seem to repair itself (get rid of aches and pains) while we sleep. I also find doing one hour brisk walk everyday help tremendously with lowering stress level.
