I don't think Arlene Silver is that bad of a person at all, even with not living to see The Dick Van Dyke Show (in first-run, anyway). I have looked at the bright side: At least she and Dick Van Dyke didn't have any new children together.

Tony Randall had his first child, Julia Laurette, at age 77 in 1997. He had his second child, Jefferson Salvini, in 1998. Randall died in 2004 at the age of 84. These children were conceived naturally !
