Think Hazel Leota Head will ever be found? Do you think it is time to take her off the FBI most wanted list? Last confirmed sighting of her was back in 1999.

There's definitely a Jane Doe file somewhere that needs her name attached to it. I'm guessing she might eventually be identified by someone through a case on the Doe Network. She didn't look healthy and led a high-risk lifestyle. It would be quite surprising if she lived to see the new millennium.

Has any information ever been released about her family? She doesn't seem like the type to have kept in touch; just on to the next truck stop. Forgive the morbid visual, but I have this image of her body being flung out of the cab of a still-moving Peterbilt and into the nearest ditch. Years later, and she's still a Jane Doe. |

She evaded capture for the arson charge from 1991, so it wouldn't shock me if she was still alive. She probably looks very different in appearance now.

Why do people think that these long-evaded criminals are still using their real names? I get the fascination with wanting to be a sleuther, but think outside the box at least

If she's still alive which is doubtful, why would she be using her real name? According to the FBI, Hazel has used 15 or more aliases during her life.

I read this title as Hazel Leota’s Head! Had to read the first few posts again to make sense of ‘em.

Well with the recent post about Sharon Kinne, it is quite possible Hazel Head is still out there somewhere.
