GSN Schedule Changes: 25 Words or Less Joins, The Chase and Tug of Words Leave

I was checking to see what today's episode of The Chase is. Sadly it is not airing on weekdays anymore as of today, replaced with a double run of 25 Words or Less in the 3PM hour. Tug of Words has also left the weekday schedule, Common Knowledge now has a full hour starting at 4:00. Rest of the schedule remains the same.

I can only guess why GSN added 25 Words Or Less reruns? When a game show is cancelled the reruns go straight to GSN so I guess 25 Words Or Less is cancelled and not returning to syndication. As we saw with Deal Or No Deal when NBC cancelled it in 2009 a few days after NBC cancelled it GSN announced they were adding it to the lineup and it was a smash success. As for The Chase leaving the GSN schedule I cannot see why The Chase is leaving because The Chase reruns were great to see and I will tell you in the future that Amazon Prime will add The Chase reruns to their free Prime game show lineup next. Tug Of Words is probably cancelled or GSN will return it soon at a later time. I think the main problem that GSN has is that they seem to focus on adding reruns of game shows and the new favorite game shows get forgotten about in time
