Very much so. Many of these cases weren't even on Unsolved Mysteries and the years they actually did happen are incorrect.

welcome to the boards. scariest segment is a very popular thread starter. I see that you listed David Chase as one. I don't think that was released with the amazon filmrise edition. I actually wonder why they didn't use that one, amongst others like orange socks, which in my opinion was always a scary segment.
